Institute of Professional Development and retraining Civil Servants is considered as a separate structure of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan from 29th of February, 2020 year.
The institute provides its activity on the basis of direct instructions of the Founder of Peace and National unity-Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, his excellency Emomali Rahmon, The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Agency of Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and by plans of retraining courses, professional development and internship of Civil Servants in the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan that agrees with the Head of the executive branch of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and promotes the terms of training of highly qualified national staff of the field of Civil Service , education of new staff for this important level of governing and putting into practice the “Conception of State staff policy of the Republic of Tajikistan”, and the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan about “Rules for development and professional training retraining and professional development of Civil Servants of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Institute of Professional development and retraining Civil Servants” and other relevant normative legal acts.
